Q: I’m interested in becoming a retailer. What are your terms and conditions?

Q: I’ve just received my new rowboat, but it has scratches. Can you replace it?
A: Surface scratches may occur during assembly and handling, but they in no way affect the efficiency, durability or warranty of your product. In the event of major damage, please contact us.
Q : Where can I buy your boat?
A : We have several retailers in different regions of Quebec ready to order your model of rowboat.

Q : I have a specific project, and I’d like to have some modifications made to your basic model. Is this possible?
A : We offer the possibility of making modifications to all our models, depending on the feasibility of your idea. Contact us for more details.
Q : Are your boats Transport Canada approved?
A : Yes, each model has its own declaration of conformity transmitted by Transport Canada.
