Step #1

Product creation

Using various management software programs, the production manager produces new prototypes.
Once the prototype drawings have been made, we carry out various calculations to determine the maximum weight the boat will be able to carry, the maximum engine power, etc., and so on.

Step #2

Try it on water

A first water test is carried out, and if the water test is not conclusive, modifications are made to the prototype, and a second water test is carried out, and so on, until we obtain a product that meets the spectra.

Step #3

Approbation Transport Canada

Once the prototype is ready, the calculations finalized and the water tests carried out, it is sent to Transport Canada for approval, and to the U.S. Coast Guard for the United States.

Step #4

Cutting/ Folding/ Assembly

Each boat hull is cut in our factory, then folded according to model.
The benches are also cut and folded in the factory.
Once all the parts have been folded and cut, the boat is assembled.

Step # 5

Cleaning/ Finish/ Serial no.

Once the boat is assembled, all welds are thoroughly cleaned. A serial number is assigned and installed on the boat. A serial number is assigned as requested by Transport Canada.

Step #6

Paint

The boats are sent out for painting, either in non-slip baked powder or liquid paint, inside and out, depending on the model and customer requirements. Because every boat can be customized.

Step #7

Expedition

On their return to the factory, the boats are stacked, tied and sealed for shipment to retailers.
